Started as a FutureFonts typeface, Kante is a decisive and digital adaptation of a Garamondesque style. It is sleak, modern and clean in big sizes and very readable for small texts.
The often proclaimed marketing oxymoron of type finally becomes true: You get great texture in small sizes for large chunks of text where all the details blend back for a smooth reading experience. But if you happen to use Kante in big sizes, if reveals its character and not-so-subtle-abymore features and — yes of course — edgyness.
